At STACYC, we want to ensure your young riders are completely satisfied with their gear. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.

Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Gear

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
