STACYC models are designed for children aged 3 to 8 years old, depending on the wheel size and the child's inseam. We offer both 12-inch and 16-inch models to ensure the perfect fit for your little rider.
How long does the battery last on a full charge?
Run time varies based on terrain and power mode, but typically riders enjoy 30 to 60 minutes of continuous use. Our industrial-grade lithium-ion batteries can be swapped in seconds to keep the fun going.
What is your shipping policy for bikes and accessories?
We offer standard ground shipping across the continental US. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your STACYC leaves our warehouse.
Do STACYC cycles come with a warranty?
Yes, every new STACYC comes with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This includes 90 days for the battery and 1 year for the frame and non-wearable components.
Can I return my purchase if it is not the right fit?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged.
Are the bikes easy to assemble at home?
Absolutely. STACYC cycles arrive 95% assembled. You will only need to install the handlebars and charge the battery before your child is ready to hit the dirt.
